Ship and Delivery Policy

At koshurwan we make sure to deliver the product within the time frame that has been promised and in a perfect condition. A fixed delivery charge is associated with every order under Rs.3000 and for all the purchases above Rs.3000 the order will be delivered free of cost.

As per the cancellation and refund policy, if the order is cancelled or is delivered to you damaged a full refund will be generated which includes the shipping charges (if paid online).

If the order is to be returned by the customer, the shipping charges will not be refunded according to the return and return policy.
