DIRECTIONS TO USE
Ovens/Grills:
Step 1 – Pour this ready to use product into a spray bottle.
Step 2 – Set oven temperature at 60 degrees Celsius, and spray neatly. Leave for 10-30 minutes as per level of soilage. *
Step 3 – Remove loose deposits with a scourer or brush.
Step 4 – Rinse twice with water before allowing it to air dry.
*Caution: Ensure proper ventilation to avoid fumes.
Fryer:
Step 1 – Drain oil and close drain valve. Fill with water to almost oil-fill level.
Step 2 – Add 100ml of product for every litre of oil capacity (10% v/v).
Step 3 – Turn on the fryer and bring to controlled boil for 20 minutes.
Step 4 – Post cleaning and draining, scrub remaining residue from side walls and heating elements with brush.
Step 5 – Rinse twice with hot water and dry thoroughly.
Note: Not recommended for Teflon coated surfaces.
Pour in a spray bottle
Set at 60°C; leave for 15 mins
Scrub deposits using a brush
Rinse twice and dry
Pour Water in the Fryer up to oil fill level
Mix 100 ml for every liter & bring fryer to controlled boil for 10-20 mins
Clean, drain and scrub the deposits using a brush
Rinse with hot water and leave to dry
